our subconscious mind dictates our actions + behaviors, if we're not consciously making ourselves aware of our reasoning for our actions. we can shape our subconscious mind to be a healthier environment, with time - but we should also be aware of the subconscious fears, anxieties, and desires we may be avoiding.
