Erika De Pellegrin is the host of The Balance Theory podcast, a podcast to help gain insight, tools & tips across the areas of health, relationships and fulfilment. As usual we start off with a Mere Mortal Moment before diving into her story about getting to a low body fat percentage. The most interesting aspect of this journey was the mental reset required when she realised that there was a disconnect between how she was physically feeling and what the 'numbers' were saying.

We then transitioned to what she is trying to achieve with The Balance Theory, a podcast to help gain insight, tools & tips across the areas of health, relationships and fulfilment. Erika also finds goal setting important and she gives us her methods of how to concentrate and plant the seed for future success.
