Not surprisingly, this is a conversation about the tendency many of us have to waste our considerable potential. In it, we explore the psychological, sociological, behavioural and practical variables which influence the way in which we use or don’t use (exploit or squander) our creative, physical, intellectual, professional and personal potential.
