I listened to your podcasts on August 31 and Sept 1 (parts 1 ad 2) and they make complete sense to me and I have had significant changes occur in my relationships as a result of willing to sit in the suffering rather than point my finger out there at ’the problem’
My question is around you saying that telling people to ‘find a nice feeling’ is not helpful and could be harmful (as I understand it)
How is it that so many people seem to have life changing realisations from simply hearing that and so may (long time) 3P teachers mostly emphasise that as the foundation of their teaching?
Sounds a lot easier than what we are doing?
