On today’s episode I had the pleasure to speak with Master Yap Boh Heong
Master Yap is a distinguished healer and martial artist from Malaysia, renowned for his expertise in traditional Chinese martial arts, particularly Wu Mei Quan and the Five Ancestors Fist.
He began his training under the guidance of his father, Grandmaster Yap Cheng Hai, and then Master Chee. In addition to his martial pursuits, Master Yap is a lineage holder and instructor of Yan Shou Gong, also known as the Art of Longevity.
Master Yap has delved deeply into the intricacies of Fascia and has worked to create a bridge from the traditional ways of teaching these arts and making them more accessible for a new generation of practitioners.
