She is a Certified High-Performance Coach (certified by the High-Performance Institute), and was trained under Dr. Tracy Thomas, a leading therapist, and coach in the topic of emotional sensitivity. She has given a TEDx Talk, holds a BA in Communication Studies from James Madison University, and a Master’s in Marketing from Emerson College.
