We’re excellent at noticing when we start to feel angry, or sad, or happy, but when’s the last time you noticed when a mood ended or changed? Remember, emotion is temporary, and feeling is finite. The more often we notice the end of a feeling that challenges us, the easier we can find a place of peace and a calm mind.
