S2, E7: Navigating Second Puberty and Building Self-Compassion (with Serenna Silva)

This week on The Revolutionized Mind, we are joined by Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) & Certified Complex Trauma Practitioner, Serenna Silva. In this episode, Serenna talks about her journey of becoming a therapist - from the moment she knew this was her calling to the genuine love and care she has for the people that she works with.
