In this week's Minipod I'm fresh from a treatment with Queen of Skin and my lovely friend Pam Marshall. During my appointment Pam reminded me of some great tips and tricks to keep our skin behaving itself and I of course pass them on to you.
Following the skin advice I reflect on some of my products of the week and also tell you about a very personal health issue that I got checked today.
