Robert is an Orthodox Christian who has been diagnosed with the same mental illness as I have, which is Schizo-affective disorder. While I have been living with this illness for decades, Robert has only recently begun the battle of living with a mental illness. Both of us have already found similar coping mechanisms for healing from mental illness, such as using metabolic therapies (the ketogenic diet) and living a spiritual life in the tradition of Orthodox Christian spirituality. We will be discussing our experiences in today's podcast.
