Vinnie did 17 hours of aerobics over a few days and stayed in Zone 2 the whole time. Zone 2 exercise can be relaxing, and it's so very good for you. Hiking, walking, running, etc., can be zone 2 exercise. Listen to a podcast while you do it if time moves slowly for you. Vinnie uses this time to catch up on music and podcasts.
