Iskra Lawrence on New Motherhood

Iskra Lawrence, mother, model, entrepreneur, and positive body image advocate joins us today to speak about all things new motherhood. Iskra had a home birth a little over a year ago and speaks to us about her labor experience. She talks about the pressure placed on women to bounce back and how to handle a new body after giving birth. She talks about accepting and loving all the “newness” that comes with motherhood.
