JUST IN: FBI Releases Guthrie Suspect Description and TMZ Gets A "Chilling" Note From Potential "Rat"

There were several late-breaking updates in the case of missing 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie.  The FBI has released a description of the suspect as well as doubled the reward for information.  But also today, TMZ has received a 2nd note from the person who claims to know who the real kidnapper is.  Harvey Levin described the note as "chilling."
