Today I am joined by Sarah Stanley. I connected with Sarah through her impressive marathon and ultra-running background. Sarah used the knowledge she learned from farming, as a sponsored ultra-endurance athlete and health, wellness, and nutrition expert.
Sarah runs the bakery 'Hannah Cakes', using her childhood growing up on an organic farm to make delicious treats that are healthy and nourishing too! The products she creates are top 9 allergen-free (no gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, corn, or shellfish).
She has run countless marathons and is the author of Live Freely: Six Weeks to Detox Your Mind, Body, Spirit, Money, Home and Life.
Not only does she participate in marathons and run her bakery, she also runs her life. Sarah has an almost 2-year-old boy at home, and she involves him in every part of her day. He helps her as she bakes while she teaches him valuable life skills to help him as he grows up.
