Nike is pulling a U.S.A.-themed sneaker featuring an early American flag after Colin Kaepernick reportedly told the company it shouldn't sell a shoe with a symbol that he and others consider offensive. The red, white, and blue sneakers showed the original version of the American flag, created by Betsy Ross in 1776--nearly 100 years before the abolition of slavery.
