Fun fact : Did you know, that the first mention of the Gujarati snack Dhokla came from the 11th century? Which is a whopping 1000 years back!

He talks about an instance where a colleague of his had a plate full of dhoklas for lunch and how that is a habit that needs to be changed. We need to have a nutritional meal that strikes a balance between pleasing our taste buds and is also good for our body.
