In a world that seems to be giving more and more screen time to really dumb opinions and asinine commentary about running (and just about everything else for that matter) I thought it might be a great idea to celebrate some smart stuff runners say. You can look at this episode as the companion show to Episode 136 which was entitled Dumb Stuff Runners Say.
