Aehr Test Systems' (AEHR) latest earnings update was just as they forecasted it would be: Revenue tanked 56% year-over-year. Aehr’s products are cyclical, and with the diminished demand for test and burn-in systems, particularly for silicon carbide (SiC) chips used in electric vehicles (EVs), Aehr is in a bit of a slump. Customers are expected to take delivery of the company’s equipment for SiC chip manufacturing later this year.
