Today I’m talking about the update finally announced yesterday afternoon by Portugal, which has had many of us rushing around today trying to find a PCR test that will be ready by Monday morning.

The Department for Transport (DfT) has confirmed to me that anyone arriving from any green list country who was there before the change from amber to green must quarantine.

And in Florida, Walt Disney World and Universal no longer demand the wearing of masks outdoors.
