Awaiting Biden's Speech After Electoral College Affirms Win

The final state casts electoral ballots, which brings Joe Biden's win to 306 points. CNN Awaits Biden's speech after the Electoral College affirms his presidential election win. Biden will address the nation, in his speech excerpt: "In America, politicians don't take power-the people grant it to them." Final state's electors are about to vote and affirms Biden's win. Biden says that the election was "the clearest demonstration of the true will of the American people... American democracy worked" Biden also said that the Supreme Court sent a "clear signal" to Trump. 

An excerpt from Biden's speech: "In this battle from the soul on American and democracy prevailed." The address comes as unprecedented as security measures have taken during the electoral college votes. 

A source says that the current United States President Donald Trump sees the house tallying votes as a final avenue to block Biden's win. McConnell refuses to answer the question about whether he considers Joe Biden president-elect. 

Adviser says that Biden has "moved on" as we wait on the possibility of getting a concession speech from Trump. A source says that Trump looks to "long shot" challenge in the house.
