Explaining the Damon Payne-Michigan snafu and calling for an end to the recruiting wars

Early on Wednesday, there was some seemingly incredible news for Michigan football as it had gotten a commitment from former Belleville (Mich.) five-star DT Damon Payne, who has been at Alabama since his recruitment. However, the signing was rescinded and warring factions started to take ahold.
