acceptable does not equal valuable. acceptable does not equal loved. if we know who we are and how we show up - what we have to show up for, begins to matter a hell of a lot less. when we live authentically, we become happier. the mask we wear to "fit in" is great - but the more inauthentic it is, the heavier it feels. take it off as often as you can - so you can embrace the liberation from life without it.
