Listener question: I have been following your podcasts and reading your books and it is very clear to me that the self does not exist as but a belief, a thought. But still it feels all the time so real to be in the thinking , body. The identification with the body / mind is very strong , very pesrsistent. It is not easy to identify as the consciousness which we are. So the suffering continues. Can you tell some more about it.
