We’re into Week 13 of our Road to London Marathon series and this week we get to tap into the mind of an absolute Marathon Legend.

Steve Jones won in London, Chicago and New York and set the Marathon World Record in 1984, so who better to talk to about training, dealing with pain, keeping it simple and the power of the mind?

He’s full of great stories, anecdotes and advice and his story from how he went from a club runner with a full time job to being the best in the world is sure to inspire everyone as we start to hit the final weeks of Marathon training ahead  of London.
