Ian founded CCS in 1979. As President, he maintains responsibility for operations, service quality and client satisfaction.
Ian pioneered a systematic approach to process management from the Owner’s perspective throughout the life cycle of a project, beginning with pre-design, continuing through design and construction and into long-term ownership costs.
The basis for the CCS proprietary process management methodology, his approach has resulted in a long history of successful projects.
A Certified Professional Estimator, Ian is an active member of various industry associations and is a graduate of Auckland University in Auckland, New Zealand.
