A Media company is on the edge of bankruptcy.
The owner of the company is realizing that they need to build new products and services to survive. He wants the team to be able to learn how to build new products and services.
He hires Rex Bierlaagh to support him over the next 5 months with the objective to end up with at least one validated concept product or services.
