In an effort to promote the Cruise Port here in Jacksonville, FL... and pretty much just find another excuse to get on board a ship, we visited the Carnival Fascination. We had the pleasure of speaking with the Hotel Director, Chef du Cuisine, and the Assistant Cruise Director.
