This is what has hurt her over the past years. Jill binge eats when she is so stressed. Her job is intensely demanding, and life can become too much. Eating can be a dopamine hit, and that is what is scary and challenging. People can be dismissive when you're overweight, and Jill feels she's at the point where people are dismissive again.
