Before jumping into starting her transformative coaching practice, Sharyn took the needed time to deepen her understanding in the 3 Principles, while taking care of her children. It gave her the opportunity to see that what she thought made her tired and busy was really what was going on in her head. Sharyn learned to enjoy the regular moments in her life and to trust her own deeper knowing. She now works with people to help them find relief from anxiety and stress, no matter what the outer circumstances.
