In 2004, he became the #1 Re/Max agent in the world and repeated this feat in 2006 with Keller Williams Realty. Over his more than 25-year career, he sold over 4,000 homes, totaling more than a billion dollars in sales.

After leaving the sales side of the business, Pat faced failure in multiple new ventures but eventually found his true calling as a professional investor. He is now the co-founder of DAPT Acquisitions, which provides apartment housing to over 2,000 tenants in Georgia and Florida. Additionally, he co-founded GoBundance, a mastermind group with over 1,000 members across 4 countries, supporting men and women who want to achieve extraordinary success.
