When You Operate In Your Gifts, You Don’t Have to Be At the Head of the Table

In this episode, I talk about not needing approval from the world but being a light instead and how to do that, understanding your gifts and bringing them to the world as service, not boxing yourself in and allowing yourself to be more than one thing, niching areas you contribute but not niching yourself, why creating will solve nearly all of your problems, the quiet confidence you gain from focusing on your gifts first, avoiding titles and metrics which minimize your existence and more!
