Researchers from Checkpoint have demonstrated how, with a new tool, text within quoted WhatsApp messages could be modified completely to convey a different message. While Facebook doesn’t think it’s a big deal at the expense of privacy, researchers believe it’s a flaw that needs to be fixed.
