Jesse enlisted in the Florida Army National Guard while still in high school, completed Infantry School just weeks before 9/11, and deployed to Iraq at 19 years old. After returning home, he built an 18-year career with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department — serving on patrol, the dive team, and ultimately spending 11 years in the Economic Crimes Unit.

Long before most agencies recognized it, Jesse began investigating cryptocurrency crime — watching fraud evolve from cash shipments and tax return scams to billion-dollar digital asset schemes.
