Salary is a very personal thing. Many people struggle to talk about money, let alone their salary. Negotiating your salary isn’t about what you feel. It’s about what you know and what you have done. 

Your salary is not a direct reflection of your self-worth. Your salary is an agreement between you and your employer about what your skills are currently valued in the marketplace. If you want to change that, you’ll need to have an evidence-based conversation. 

In this episode, I will help you go after that raise you’ve wanted. To do this, you’ll need to do your research, position yourself strategically, and, most importantly, clean up your thoughts so you can have the best possible conversation.
