Regan Oelze is the founder of Minted Mojito, a crypto educational platform, dedicated to fighting the bro culture while building financial freedom for women in Web3.

After spending three years as the Head of Marketing (EMEA) at the world's leading blockchain data platform, Chainalysis, she recognized cryptocurrency's potential to propel women and other underrepresented groups towards financial freedom, but was disappointed at the exclusionary culture that often stops these groups from entering the space. Through Minted Mojito, Regan develops educational materials designed to make blockchain technology accessible to new investors, creating a safe space for everyone to explore, invest in and use digital assets.
