Today, I am blessed to have here with me Liliana Quintero. Wild Lily Organics bloomed from Liliana's love of natural home remedies and her skincare journey in 2007 when Liliana became a Licensed Esthetician.

Liliana began creating her recipes at home. She has sensitive skin and reacts to everything she applies and consumes. Liliana started her search for organic skincare, and soon enough, she began to get inspired to start her own bath & beauty products from home. Liliana went on a quest to find the purest and highest quality ingredients.

Everything Liliana creates is highly concentrated and contains absolutely no artificial ingredients, fillers, parabens, alcohol, animal ingredients, or unnatural preservatives. A little goes a long way! Ayurveda, TCM, Traditional Vietnamese Medicine, and ancient indigenous practices have played a significant role in the creation of Wild Lily Organics. Liliana continues to search and implement her love for holistic & sustainable beauty into Wild Lily Organics and as each day unfolds. 

In this episode, Liliana reveals why she hasn't always felt beautiful on her journey and how she learned to overcome those thoughts. There's a fine line between self-love and tough love; Liliana explains how to navigate those two worlds. Then, we dive into how to start working on your skincare routine and which foods are best for your skin, and which are the absolute worst.
