Todd Mullins and his wife, Julie Mullins, are the Senior Pastors at Christ Fellowship Church in South Florida. Under their leadership, Christ Fellowship has continued its growth as a multi-site congregation that not only gathers tens of thousands in South Florida each week but reaches beyond its region through its digital and online platforms. Todd and Julie became senior pastors in 2011 but have been a part of Christ Fellowship since it all started in his parents' living room over 40 years ago.

Todd serves on the lead team of the Association of Related Churches (ARC), an organization planting churches in America and around the world. Todd also serves on the Board of Directors for Place of Hope Children's Home, one of Florida's leading organizations caring for foster care children and families. Passionate about reaching South Florida for Jesus, he founded Church United—a partnership of local churches across denominations joining together to transform their communities.

Todd leads humanitarian aid, emergency relief, and mission work around the world and is frequently invited to speak at churches and conferences. He earned his doctoral degree from Liberty University.

Todd and Julie have a son, Jefferson, who also serves in ministry at Christ Fellowship alongside his wife, Cassie.
