Ian Happ celebrated his birthday with a big night at the plate, but the Cleveland Guardians offense was too much in a back and forth game that was full of comebacks. Cleveland slugged 3 homers off Cubs pitching with 2 of those against starter Shota Imanaga. The Cubs failed in their bid to get back to the .500 mark for the first time since June 5th.
