Jerry Marzinsky is a licensed psychotherapist who spent many years working in psychiatric hospitals and becoming familiar with the phenomena associated with mental illness such as hallucinations. He came to the conclusion that these voices are not something that is created by our own brains, but that they come from outside of us. He believes the voices are demons.The idea that voices come from demons is something that many Orthodox Christians firmly believe. It very neatly lines up with our spiritual worldview.
