To sit together for a moment and reflect — with who you are right now, not the future healed version of you — how do you tend your heart? How do you find emotional, internal health?
Because you don't have to be physically healthy first to find emotional health.

- practical steps to take to combat chronic illness loneliness, with or without the support of your immediate friends and family
