#100- Not Crazy, Just Bipolar (with Tara Campbell)

Happy Friday :) I didn't even realize that this was our 100th episode - yaaay!! This week, we are joined by a fellow mental health advocate, Tara Campbell. In this episode, Tara tells us all about how she got diagnosed with bipolar disorder, the fear that came along with her diagnosis, and what inspired her to really embrace this illness that was impacting her everyday life. She talks about what her episodes of mania and depression look like, what it feels like to be “neutral”, and what she does to manage her symptoms.
