This week's episode features Dr. Shenell Evans and her talk, From Pain to Power: How to Move from Chronically Ill to Intentionally Well.

Dr. Shenell is a New York City based Licensed Psychologist and Resilience Coach. She helps her clients, often Black and Brown professionals, master the capacities necessary to build their resilience and to experience positive by-products after trauma. It's easy for any of us.

In her heartwarming and powerful Big Talk, Dr. Shenell shares her story of moving beyond chronic illness and into a life of ease and grace.
