IEP: When Parents and Schools Disagree

It’s not uncommon for parents and schools to disagree when it comes time to craft and IEP for a special needs student. What a parent decides to do when there is a disagreement can be an difficult and emotional journey. Special education attorney Devon Rios Barellano shares important advice for parents in these situations.
