Recognized as the No B.S. Workplace Performance Coach, and a Member of the Forbes Coaching Council, Paul focuses on individual & organizational performance improvement that creates high performance work teams.

His book WorkQuake is dedicated to the concept that 'the times they are a changin' rapidly. It describes how companies, Team Leaders and Team Members, at all levels, need to be aware of, and responsive, to the ongoing disruption and fluidity in the work environment.
