Unfortunately, he's been dealing with injury for the past three years, which has prevented him from racing an ultramarathon since August 2019. After a nearly three year hiatus, Zach made his triumphant return to racing, winning the Andorra by UTMB 105k, punching his ticket to UTMB Mont Blanc.
