399: The Importance of Egypt, Wilderness, and the Promised Land // Jesus in the Old Testament 7 (Nathan Johnson)
Speaker: Nathan Johnson Series: Jesus in the Old Testament Study: 7 – The Importance of Egypt, Wilderness, and the Promise Land
We all know well the story of the Israelites leaving Egypt at Passover because of the blood of the lamb on the doorposts, entering and wandering the Wilderness, finally entering into the Promised Land forty years later. But few of us recognize that this too is our story – it is a picture (a shadow) of the Gospel and the reality of what Christ has purchased on the Cross. In this message, Nathan talks about seeing Jesus in the Old Testament through the profound progression from Egypt through the Wilderness and into the Promised Land.
