'Askers' are users seeking notifications about specific events; they can either create new scenarios ('asker-makers') or join existing ones ('asker-joiners'). 'Confirmers' are responsible for verifying that a scenario's conditions have been met, with roles divided into 'confirmer-makers' (those first to state a scenario has occurred) and 'confirmer-joiners' (those who subsequently verify this claim). In cases of disputes, 'Arbiters' step in to resolve conflicts, ensuring the protocol's reliability and trustworthiness.

To support the arbitration process, Scenario Protocol establishes an Arbiter Fund, allocating 3% of all funds from resolved pools to ensure arbiters are compensated fairly, regardless of their decisions.
