Synchronicities are meaningful coincidences - they can be anything from seeing a repeating number or phrase to meeting someone you feel you've known your whole life. In this episode, we're talking about synchronicities, how to connect more deeply to your intuition, and apply this concept into your life and business.

I'm sharing my junior high introduction to the concept of synchronicities - hello The Celestine Prophecy and The 10th Insight - and how I work with the ten insights in my business life.

The ten insights are:

Pay attention to meaningful coincidences.

Trust your intuition.

See the larger pattern.

Honor your feelings.

Give without expectation.

Open to new possibilities.

Let go of the past.

Embrace your spiritual nature.

Help others to see the truth.

Hold the Vision.

How do you identify synchronicities?

Pay attention to your gut feelings. If you have a strong sense that something is meaningful, it probably is. Second, look for patterns. If you keep seeing the same number or phrase, or if you keep meeting people who seem to be in your life for a reason, it's a good sign that you're experiencing synchronicities.

How to connect more deeply to your intuition

First, be in nature. Being in nature helps to quiet the mind and allow your intuition to come through. Second, meditate. Meditation helps to train your mind to focus and pay attention to your inner guidance. Third, keep a journal. Writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you to become more aware of your intuition.

How to ask for more synchronicities

If you want to experience more synchronicities, you can simply ask for them. Set an intention and then be open to receiving the guidance that comes your way.

Synchronicities can be a powerful way to receive guidance from the universe. They can help you to make better decisions, to connect with your purpose, and to live a more fulfilling life.
