PLM 105 : Don't Be Afraid To Make Mistakes

Are you afraid of making mistakes? The truth is, we ALL make mistakes. It's unavoidable. Wait... actually... the only way to AVOID making mistakes is to do NOTHING. But in reality, doing NOTHING is also a "mistake" as you won't even get started or get anywhere. Mistakes are inevitable. I mess up and make mistakes ALL THE TIME in my business. And guess what? In spite of that, I continue to succeed. The same goes for everyone else that I've worked with and somehow succeed in spite of making mistakes. The video is me sharing my experience with making mistakes and "perfectionism", as well as an observation I've made from people that I've been working with.
