- What did you hate about last year? What was challenging?
- In a high energy state, write down every goal you want to accomplish in your lifetime! Include financial, physical, and relationship goals.
- Think Big! There Are No Limits!
- Go through your list and write down how many years each one of your goals will take.
- Circle your top 4 one year goals.
- Write why it's a must to accomplish each goal. List both positive and negative whys.
- Write and schedule a small thing you're going to do immediately towards achieving each one of your top goals.
- Write and schedule a big thing you're going to do immediately towards achieving each one of your top goals.
- Consider creating a vision board.
